Glen är Vice President of Global Human Resources. Innan han kom till CooperVision i februari 2016 arbetade Glen som Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology vid Thoratec Corporation. Innan han gick vidare till Thoratec var Glen Senior Vice President of Human Resources vid Ask Jeeves Incorporated. Tidigare under sin karriär hade han en rad ledande HR-befattningar vid Clorox Company, Borland Software Corporation och Varian Medical Systems. Glen har mer än 25 års erfarenhet av HR från en rad olika branscher.
